Japan Youth Talent Tournament

Tryout for Finnish players looking to showcase their talent to , International Scouts, and our Representation Agency.

Opportunity to reach agreements between players, academies, and clubs.

International scouts will be able to negotiate with players who were not initially selected.

• The best player will train on trial with a LaLiga club for 2 weeks, with the possibility of being signed.
• Live scouting: A scout from the club’s Scouting Department will evaluate and select the best player.
• Possibility of signing with other clubs through our Representation Agency and International Scouts.
• Academy rights: The academy of the selected player will have rights over future sales.
• Talent discovery: Identification of new players by the academies.
• High-level event: Generates appeal for academies and players.
• Tracking players for future opportunities with clubs.
• Players without an academy: They can also participate and showcase their talent.

• Teams: 16 (Academies + individual players forming teams).
• Age: U-20 Tournament (2005-2008).
• Modality: 11-a-side football.
• Squads: Minimum 20 players per team at €100 per player.
• Starting from player 20, at no additional cost to the academy.
• Individual players pay €100 and New Football Era organizes the teams.
• Duration: 1 week (July 28 – August 3).
• Group Stage:
  4 groups of 4 teams.
  Each team plays 3 matches.
  The top 2 from each group advance to the Quarterfinals.
  Then, Semifinals and Final.

• Opportunity for those eliminated:
  Additional tests with coaches.
  8 players from eliminated teams will be selected for the Quarterfinals.
