Who we are
Our story
New Football Era was founded in 2025 with the aim of transforming talent acquisition in football. Founded by Adrián Muñoz (CBO) and Antonio Carcaño (Sporting Director), the platform emerges after detecting three major changes in the industry:
- Social: Globalization and digitalization facilitate access to international football.
- Business: Greater efficiency in talent acquisition and resource optimization.
- Sports: Use of advanced technology in scouting and comprehensive player development.
Since its inception, we have organized tryouts thanks to our network of collaborators, identifying and representing high-potential players, connecting with clubs looking for emerging talent.
Our Team
Adrián Muñoz
CBO, Chief Business Officer
Expert in international scouting and finance. With experience at Deloitte and PwC, and Master Studies in Sport Management (AISTS, Switzerland), he worked in the Data Science Department of the Belgium National Team (EURO24) before founding New Football Era.
Antonio Carcaño
Sporting Director
Specialist in talent detection. Former Sporting Director of FC Villanueva del Pardillo (3rd RFEF). At New Football Era, he plans sports management and negotiates opportunities for our players.
Kalu Uche
Africa Manager
Former Nigerian footballer with experience in European clubs such as Girondins de Bordeaux, UD Almería, and Espanyol. He played in the 2010 World Cup with Nigeria. His network of contacts and knowledge of the African market make him key for talent detection in the region.
Samuel Masa
South America Manager
Formed at the Peñarol Academy (Uruguay), his network of contacts in South American clubs and academies facilitates the projection of players to Europe.
Austin Paul
Scandinavia Manager
Expert in scouting and sports management. Former Scout of Remo Stars FC and former coordinator of Kada City FC (Nigeria Premier League). Founder of Basic Soccer Management, connects African and Scandinavian markets with European football.
Yonatan Kaknaev
North America & Eastern Europe Manager
Scout with training in Tactical Analysis and Talent Detection. He has worked on platforms like FootballTalentScout.net. His data-driven approach allows him to discover emerging players in leagues in North America and Eastern Europe. He is currently a scout for Coventry City.
Sebastian Bose
Asia & Oceania Manager
Expert in technology applied to scouting. With experience at Skora Tech (Qatar) and Deloitte, he specialized in Sport Management (AISTS, Switzerland). At New Football Era, he leads the expansion into Asian and Oceanic markets.
Ignacio Casillas
Business Development Manager
Sports Management MBA from Universidad Europea – Real Madrid Graduate School. Professional futsal player for over 20 years and former Sporting Director of Legia Warszawa Futsal. Strategic Management and Operations expert with international experience in various multinational companies.
Alberto Martínez
Marketing Manager
Expert in digital marketing and social media. He has worked on launching startups with creative strategies. At New Football Era, he leads our digital presence and expansion in the football industry.
